Terms of Service
Plain-English rules for using EEClub. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 8 July 2026
1. Who can use EEClub
EEClub is a spoken-English learning app for children aged 5–10. Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older may create an account. The account holder is responsible for supervising the child's use of the app.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details private.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up.
- Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
3. What EEClub provides
Daily short lessons, voice-based practice with an AI mentor called Mithu, read-along stories and progress tracking for your child. Content and features may change as we improve the product.
4. Beta status
EEClub is currently in Closed Beta. That means some features are still being built, occasional errors are possible, and lesson content is limited to the weeks we have released so far. We will tell you when new content is added.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- Use EEClub for anything other than your own child's learning.
- Try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or unsafe for children.
- Copy or resell EEClub content.
6. AI content
Mithu is an AI mentor. It tries to be helpful, kind and accurate, but AI can occasionally make mistakes. Please treat Mithu's responses as a learning aid, not as authoritative advice. If something ever feels wrong, use the Contact page to let us know.
7. Payments
EEClub has exactly two offerings:
- Free trial — a single sample experience on our homepage. No account, no payment.
- Full 12-week program — a one-time payment of ₹2999 (INR), inclusive of all taxes. This is not a subscription. There is no monthly fee, no auto-renewal, and no additional charge for siblings on the same parent account.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Invited beta families continue to have full access at no charge.
8. Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account, your child's profile, or any stored voice recording at any time — see the Privacy Policy. Once deleted, personal data cannot be recovered.
9. Ending access
We may suspend or end access to EEClub if these terms are broken, or if we need to for safety, security or legal reasons. We will contact you by email where possible.
10. No warranty; limitation of liability
EEClub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We will notify the parent email on file if these terms change in a material way. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
